   Just got done cleaning up a system with a desktop hijack and now the icons aren't transparent like they were. I went to System Properties -> Advanced -> enable drop shadowing. Still no luck. Any idears? Thanks

   Right-click the desktop, point to Arrange Icons By and make sure that Lock Web Items on Desktop is unchecked.
