ICQ address?

    I think this topic is okay in this section, I guess if an ICQ is networking. What exactly is an ICQ address?

    ICQ the chat program or ICQ Address the Book Reader?

    If chat then my next question is do you want the IP address of a user or your IP address?

    I have no idea which or what an ICQ address or reader is. Please explain, it sounds like someone could access your computer w/ that? Maybe I'm being paranoid?
