identication program confused

I had a program I used through 2013 bc (before crash)
It identified almost everything in the way of software and hardware that was in or attached to my computer, gave me info such as memory useage, availability, computer manufacturer, mother board, etc.
Had to replace computer and reprogram with OP. Lot of info on old HD lost.
I want to download that program, but cannot remember its name. Believe it is popular program

Thanks. That looks like a good diganostic tool, but the program I am after is not a disgnostic tool. It simply identifies the computer, what programs are installed, what hardware is attached, the CPU, memory chips, memory useage/available, plug-in's, etc
