The area in the picture is closed to motor vehicles. Maybe I'll sneak around town at night disabling all trucks with tires this size. That way I'm sure to get the guys.

you are right Sibeer, their are some idiots around that just love to spoil a good area, are their park rangers or police that would patrol that area as if they have done this once they are likely to do it again?

They rip it up when the ground is soft and muddy, so they likely won't be back 'til next year. There's a lot of area to cover here as well. Most of the land around here is Crown land, and there's LOTS of it. The police won't go in there, and forestry is cut to bare bones. They rely on the public to tip them off.
