IDirect3D problem?

I trued playing Counter-Strike: Source and after it cache's it exits out, and prompts me with this error:

"internal driver error in IDirect 3DDevice9resent()

I don't have an on board video card so would it be safe to uninstall the card? My card is a Radeon x800 pro so any software drivers or anything would be helpful, but I DID believe I updated. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks guys!

 

Welcome to the forumTry reinstalling the driver again but after uninstalling from Add\remove programs run this program follow the instructions in the readme to the letter or it wont fully clean the old driver

Welp, I got it again, I'm gonna try using the prog. but I doubt I did this before, where is "device manager->display adapter->uninstall and/or remove ATI display adapter"

I couldn't find it. Also a link to Cab Cleaner would be useful..I didn't remove the display adapter, would that be why it didn't work?
