IE 10 problem

    I have a new Lenovo 2T Hd, i7 Cpu 12 Ram, all of a sudden Win Explorer 10 is not working properly, opens some programs and not others, went to control panel to uninstall it and got the message there are no new updates? Chrome and Firefox work perfectly. Help!

    I'm very confused here. Windows Explorer does not have a version number but it does open programs.
    Internet Explorer version 10 can be installed on Windows 7 computers but it does not open programs, it opens web sites.
    If you can not load some websites in Internet Explorer 10, post links so we can determine what might be the problem.

    You also need to mention what version of Windows you are using.

    Could you describe what "programs" do not open, say if Word, Paint, any 3rd party applications does not open, or is this just IE10?

    Have you scanned for malware?
