IE and Kiosk Mode > Ideas needed

I have a task needing to be completed, allow any user to use a computer to use a single web site, log into an established site and log out again while keeping the IE page up only and only allow access to the initial Web page loaded from default.

I have changed the default Web page through a registry edit, changed the home page to match through the registry as well.
I am going to use a shortcut for IE placing the shortcut into the "Startup" folder with the Kiosk mode switch, <drive letter>\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe" -k <web page>.

Since I am only wanting to allow the Web page listed in the above, is it possible to add the Web page to be listed to the Sites (then Advanced to specifically add a site - may not be needed however and needs more thought) list in the Intranet Zone on the Security Tab (move the Security Level from medium-low to medium-high or high - reason to add to Site list for Intranet Zone) then to disallow any access to other web pages add a wildcard to the Restricted Zone Sites list?

Other areas of concern:
Disable Ctrl button
Disable right click with mouse
Disable all pop ups, no notification, no sound
Disable email ability, no email/outlook
