This has just started happening recently while im browsing the web IE would shut down for no reason, (running vista ulti) and no window pops up saying Internet explorer has encountered an error and had to close, mozzilla while it happens less frequently it still has happened to me, i have checked for adware with ad-ware se pro and currently doing a virus scan with bitdefender online scanner then AVG. But any idea on what it could be?

    Hi Sniper

You have any extra BHOs or Add-ons installed? maybe wise to disable all your add-ons in IE then enable them one by one until you find cluprit.

Do you have any software installed security wise that may not be fully Vista compatible?

In Problem Reports and Solutions are their any references to IE or Mozilla crashes, also check Event Logs & Performance Monitor for crash listings at time of IE or MZ closing, may give some clues

Yeah i have Flash, Quicktime and some toher that are currently running in IE (picture attached), as for the ones that have been used by IE the list is way to long to type out, i read somewhere online that it could be an addon but i dont know what to start disableing and what is safe to disable, For security i am using Ad-Aware SE Pro and Ad-Aware 2007 Beta (i dont run that much though) and AVG 7.5.

What does Fault Module Name: vlsp.dll and
Fault Module Name: StackHash_8aef refer to? attached is also a txt doc of the crashes recently

Lootking at the event moniter i cant raelyl seem to find what could be causing it:
Faulting application iexplore.exe, version 7.0.6000.16386, time stamp 0x4549b133, faulting module unknown, version 0.0.0.0, time stamp 0x00000000, exception code 0xc0000005, fault offset 0x02a30e5e, process id 0x12c8, application start time 0x01c782f2969bf4ed.

    What is a BHO?

vlsp.dll is related to a Wireless Network Card, if you have one then update its driver. Venturi Wireless, which maybe used by Verzion products,

Seen similar error but only with Trillian in which the transparacy opject in the software is non-compatible with software or OS, you can uninstall just the transparacy by double clicking the uninstaller located here C:\Program Files\Venturi2\SPI\Uninstall Transparency

Also Ad-Aware Pro and Beta 2007 installed at once could cause issues! I would uninstall the beta.

BHOs are Browser Helper Objects, they can be the likes of GoogleToolBar, a Download Managers capture tool, to Malware.

Disable the one on your list that just has a registry list CLSID ( Class ID ) type name, letters numbers below the Shockwave Flash.

As its just started to happen, try to remember what you have installed reciently and sadly start the long route of troubleshooting apps by uninstalling and testing.

I dont have a WiFi card but i do have Venturi Wireless installed so i can use my Razr as a modem, i will remove that software since ir eally dont need it, but problems started happening when i installed AVG 7.5 and in the same night i also installed Alcohol 120%, I dont have any BHO installed unless you would consider Bitcomet a BHO because it captures HTTP(s)/FTP links but i already have this disabled. Just to make sure i have gone intot he options and disabled capture IE download links

If the issues started since installing AVG7.5 and Alcohol120% then I would remove both, however AVG is Vista compatible so that should not be your issue, however Alcohol120% is not fully Vista compatible and I would remove that.

although in the FAQs they say this

Which version Alcohol120% are you using?

The version of Alcohol 120% I am using is 1.9.6 Build 4719 so it shouldn't be a problem.
