IE and Windows no showing toolbars?

    In IE 6, there are no toolbars. Same within Windows 98. In My Computer, there are no toolbars on the top. But, in Safe Mode, the toolbars came up. How can this be fixed?

    What options do you get under the View menu? Is there one labelled Toolbars? Explore the options within this menu. If this doesn't work I'm sure others can come up with different solutions.

    I'm sure there's something in the registry that can enable the toolbars, though there's bound to be an easier solution. Have you been surfing around many sites that may have done this? I've been to sites that totally rearrange my toolbars and so on. Probably wouldn't be a bad idea to run a virus scan and spyware scan. You can scan for spyware with Ad-Aware 6.0

    Yeah, I figured spyware might be the problem.
    Maxwell, there is no view menu. I can't access it.
    Here's what her's looks like. With one exception though- post reply is right under Majorgeeks Message Board.
