   Can anyone help me fix this problem?
   
   I can't change my Homepage using Internet Explorer, Windows XP.
   
   I whent to (Tools, Internet Options) and it flashes, nothing elses happens, nothing opens to allow me to change page like it is supposed to.
   
   Any fixes???
