IE closes as soon as open (talked with Tim)

    Apparently it *MAY* be a Norton update. you have 3 fixes to try.

    1) Uncheck Enable Third Party Browser Extensions: Start -> Control Panel -> Internet Options -> Advanced (Under Browsing)

    2) Set homepage to about:blank, open IE, click VIEW/TOOLBARS/DISABLE ALL TOOLBARS

    If all else fails...

    3) Open My computer and use the location bar to type in www.getfirefox.com and install Firefox.
