IE encounters an error on website

    A friend of mine is having a small issue with his computer. When his son tries to go on runescape.com and open the gaming window (a game site for youths), he recieves an error window (Internet Explorer has encountered an error and needs to shut down...or something of that sort). This only happens with this site, and it happens in ie and firefox. I've gone through the read me first thread, and I found nothing too bad when running those applications, and now I'm out of ideas. Any suggestions?

    Happens to me with flash on a system with a slow CPU, 299MHz. But seeing as how it is only one site I would run CCleaner, and try a reboot.
