I keep getting Internet Explorer errors, "IE has encountered a problem and needs to shut down". It will close one or all pages. It doesn't seem to matter where I am or what I'm doing.
I run ccleaner every day, ad-aware about once a week, and spybot s&d as well. I tried to search here but can't find info I'm needing.
The only recent change is a message I've been getting that EZ Armor has expired and I need to renew, (which i can't afford to do).

I ran hijack this and will attempt to attach the results. Thanks for any help you can give.

pffft, well how about a cut & paste? lol

Quite often problems like this are not related to malware. They are frequently related to corrupted or missing Windows components or a conflict with other software on your PC. You do have a missing browser helper object for Perfect Keyboard (Pro) and Macro ToolWorks that you could fix. See:

    O2 - BHO: TW_BHO Class - {1E1B2879-88FF-11D2-8D96-FFFFAC95951F} - blank (file missing)

Other than that no major problems in your HJT log. However HJT is not a perfect tool for locating malware. It shows very little of the possible malware problems that exist. If you really want to verify that you do not have any malware issues you must follow our standard cleaning procedures given below and also install HijackThis properly. Also note that logs must not be posted inline like you posted. They must be attachments to messages.

So if you want to truly verify that your problems are not malware related, please follow our standard cleaning procedures which are necessary for us to provide you support. Also there are steps included for installing, running, and posting HijackThis logs as attachments.
    • Run ALL the steps in this Sticky thread READ & RUN ME FIRST Before Asking for Support
    • Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.
    • Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.
    • After doing ALL of the above you still have a problem make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in the below link to properly use HijackThis and attach a log:
    • When you return to make your next post, make sure you attach the following logs and that you have run these scans in the following order too (these scans are covered in steps 6 & 7 of the READ & RUN ME sticky)
      • Bitdefender
      • Panda Scan
      • HijackThis

Okay! Just attach the three requested logs when you finish and also tell us what problems still remain. As I said in my first message, your problems may not be malware.
