   As the video card in the 8200 series could be one of many they used, install this Everest and once installed run it and click Computer > Summary and under Display Adapter it will tell you which GFX card is in your model DELL, then with that info you will be able to find the appropriate driver for the windows version you are using at Dell Support / Driver Downloads
