IE "MFCxx32.exe" malware

Greetings. I have managed to get some malware that only affects IE while it's running (i do not get popups or otherwise strange behavior while IE is not running-- Firefox has been unaffected). All of the malicious executables start with "mfc" and end with "32.exe", and I've seen these executables on other threads, and have tried to reproduce the steps in other threads, but there's still something sticking around that keeps loading them. At one point (if I leave IE open long enough) it actually disables my Task Manager. Here's my HijackThis log: Thanks in advance for any help!

- Run about:Buster twice and attach the log later.

• Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.
