IE navigation Cancelled

    I recently removed some malware off someone computer. Now there IE brings up "navigation canceled" for every web site. It also replaces the URL as http:///. I ran the virus programs again and it found nothing. I checked the host file and that was fine. Also firefox works fine on this persons computer. I dia hijack this and analyzed it and it seemed fine. If anyone wants me to post the log please give me permission to do so. The software I used used malwarebytes and AVG free. I also ran C Cleaner to clean the harddrive and fix the registry.

    Anyone have any ideas?

    Try the below registry patch.

    Copy the bold text below to notepad. Save it as fixme.reg to your desktop. Be sure the "Save as" type is set to "all files" Once you have saved it double click it and allow it to merge with the registry.
    Make sure that you tell me if you receive a success message about adding the above
    to the registry. If you do not get a success message, it definitely did not work.

    If that does not help, you will have to run our cleaning procedures and attach the requested logs.
