ie problem...will not open...

ok...i cant go look at my gf's compurter. but her computer wont run ie now at all...last night i had her install adaware...she's running panda antivirus and norton...any ideas what might be causing this problem???

 

What exactly happens when she trys to run IE?

After Trying to run IE run the task manager to see if IEXPLORE.EXE is in the list.

 

she says that it doesnt show up in the process list...she installed firefox, but it wont go anywhere...it also says something about the firewall possibly blocking her browser(s)...im not familiar w/ system works or panda...any ideas???
