IE Virus

Please Help. I have looked through the forum and it doesn't not look like anybody has addressed this issue.

Whenever I open IE, i get a beauty.exe/ trojan horse generic11.gdc warning from avg 7.5. I have tried to heal and put it in the virus vault, but this hasn't helped. The problem still happens.

I was reading the forum and it said to download spybot. Unfortunately, using Mozilla or IE, I can not download anything to help me with this problem. An error comes up on both browsers saying that these download is blocked by my security settings. When I goto change them in either browser, the browsers will not let me.

I have tried searching for beauty.exe on my comp, but could not find it anywhere. Please help . Thanks.

You may need to download the scans to a different computer and transfer via cd or thumb drive.

Please follow the instructions in the below link and attach the requested logs when you finish these instructions. If something does not run, write down the info to explain to us later but keep on going. Do not assume that because one step does not work that they all will not.
