IE Window problems..

Anytime I open a new internet explorer window it takes about 10 mins to load. Once the window loads though my internet acts fine. I've scanned my computer with AVG in safe mode and ran CCCleaner and it's found nothing. I've even tried reinstalling Internet Explorer and that didn't work. Is there anything else I could try?

You were already given the required steps in the thread you posted in the Software Forum. If you wish to check for malware, those steps are required. There are many non-malware reasons for issues like this too. One of them may be related to things from MSN Messenger or Windows Live Messenger. Did you recently install these?

Note: CCleaner is not a malware scanner/detection tool.

I've always had MSN Messenger and I haven't installed MSN Live as I've went through looking for unfamiliar programs in the add/remove section.

Did you upgrade MSN Messenger recently?
