Ie10 on win7 rejects roboform toolbar

Hi.
Once I reset IE10 settings to default, Ie rejected to activate roboform http://www.roboform.com/ It is shown on view but could not be shown.
It is working with no problem with firefox.

Please help.

Roboform support told me that toolbar does not attach to IE from a link. only when you launch IE from programs. this is a "security" issue implemented by Microsoft to prevent browser hacking? This was response to my problem of toolbar showing OK in normal ie, but not showing when launched from desktop shortcut to a web site. (I make web site shortcuts all the time so I can get back to a page later.) I don't know if this helps or not, but it is a poor way for browser to behave.

It is ie settings problem, when I could not figure out how to fix it I removed all ie installation and updates, re installing ie from scratch AND things went just normal.
