Ie11 Info Bar Partially Obscured

After using 'magnifier' I closed it using the white- cross- in- red field box and now I find that my url display and tabs and back/forward arrowa are half obscured horizontally and everything above that if there is anything completely obscured by the windows bar with excel, firefox, noteboojk other open apps
I had this problem before but can't remember how I cured it. How do I cure it without reset ?

I've made a screen capture of the relevant area at the top of my screen (my taskbar is at the top of screen)

Drag it to its default position at the bottom of the screen

 

You can either drag the IE window down or you can make the taskbar autohide and it will pop up when you put your cursor where the taskbar is.
