IE6 in small window!

    I know I should know the answer to this, but don't! And at the risk of looking even more stupid than I feel (A bit difficult at the moment!) here goes:
    I was on line and there was a power cut. Ever since, each time I open up IE it comes up in a small window. Previously it was full size. How can I get it to come up full size again when I first open it?
    IE6.
    Windows 98SE
    198MB RAM
    6Gb HDD.

    Right click the IE Desktop icon
    Click Properties
    Go to the Shortcut Tab
    Where it says Run, from the drop down menu select Maximized.
