IE6 Script Errors

PLEASE tell me how to get rid of this:

Error: Access Refused
Code 0
URL: res://C:\windows\system32\shdoclc.dll/preview.dlg (The slashes are exactly as shown.)

Cannot PRINT anything anywhere (emails/Notepad/etc).

Epson Stylus C62 carefully checked with Epson Support and nothing wrong with it. Search (Google) Script errors many references to other errors but nothing applicable here. MSN, other than KBs, no help.

With my very limited computer experience/knowledge, I'd appreciate specific detailed resolution path which I can follow.

Regarding the script error, with Internet Explorer opened, go to Tools, Internet Options, under the Advanced tab check "Disable script debugging", click Apply, then OK.

Had no trouble until after ADVANCED. Although all the numerous categories and items in each are in French, I found the right one.

But then began a long series of boxes with French content well beyond me. Took some guesses, each of more difficulty than the preceding one, ending up at PROGRAMME [1060] IEXPLORE.exeROGRAMME DE SCRIPT. Below that, HTML XMLNS:IE; Below, HEAD; Below, META HTTP-EQUIV, Below, etc, etc. It consists of numerous screenfulls, of text, all in French. Far beyond me, even if it had been in English!

Should mention also, Fishiers divers (with the exclamation point inside yellow triangle): the res://C:\Windows, ..... URL quoted in the original Access Refused box. Thereunder 5 items plus after Suivant, another 5. Can repeat to you if you wish, but all in French.

When gave up without action, box appeared (translated) Microsoft Script Editor; Do you want to stop the debugging Yes/No. It referred only to the one with the text screenfulls.

Hopefully you'll have an alternative means to accomplish elimination of this most annoying problem.
