IE7 Problem...Please help

My IE7 works on other sites, but when I log on to www.aquariacentral.com to do live chat, the live chat does not open. I don't see the numbers counting up to 100% before the live chatroom opens up. Is there a software I can download to fix IE7 if its broken or something else?

I Was using FF before since IE7 was not working for that particular site. Even FF was giving me problems when I would click on the icon the page for FF would freeze up and it would not let me onto www.aquariacentral.com. Only the toolbar and page would load but it would not proceed any further then that. I had to close the FF page and start over quite a few times before it would let me go onto that website and do live chat. Any solutions to either of these problems would be greatly appreciated. I know its not good to have 2 browsers, but which ever is resolved, I will use.

Try to disable the IE 7 Protected Mode & then try to access the website(If using the Windows Vista)

- IF you running XP: try going to Start >> All Program >> Accessories >> System Tools >> Internet Explorer without Addons & try to check the website.

- Try to reset the Internet Explorer , (Tools >> Internet Options >> Advanced >> Reset )
