IE8 and Web of Trust

    I had IE7, with web of trust in my links bar. Trying IE8. Web of Trust now has it's own bar with nothing else in it. Tried moving it into the links bar with no success. Can it be moved? I see no difference in IE7 to IE8, so would be no problem keeping IE7. Would like to keep the tool bars from taking up space on the screen. Thanks for any help!
