What issues are you still having?

The main issue I see is that you are running two AV programs:
    AVG Free 8.5
Avira AntiVir Personal - Free Antivirus
    Uninstall one!!

Use windows explorer to find and delete:
    C:\WINDOWS\Temp\100.dat

Now use add/remove programs to uninstall:
    Java(TM) 6 Update 14
    Java(TM) 6 Update 6
    Java(TM) SE Development Kit 6 Update 14

    Reboot and download and install:
    Java Runtime 6

Hi again, the weird thing happened as i was updating IE8, it reappeared back again so i did all which is being instructed. Is there any reason why it keep reoccurring? Cheers!

I got a message from IE when i wanted to open it saying that iertutil.dll was not found that is why i tried to update IE8. How should i solve this?

Last question, should i update cumulative security update for ActiveX KillBits for window xp? Many thanks.

What reappeared? All the previous symptoms of the Black Internet infection? If so, you need to get me a new C:\MGLogs.zip
You need to post in the software forum for that issue. However, you can try going to start / run / and type:
sfc /scannow and have your os cd handy.
You should always download security updates.
