iexplore.exe help

    I need help with internet explore. having trouble with connecting to any website, it tells me "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage", but i do have internet, becouse i can Join MSN and other online programs. CAn u help me fix this problem? Please help

    you need to post what version of IE you are using and what Op system you are using.
    It sounds like it could be a firewall issue. So yes we will need to know what firewall you are using and also antivirus software.

    Windows xp
    IE 7
    No firewall
    Thing is, i can run iexplorer from other accounts, but on this one it gives me that error msg., same thing with firefox.
