iexplore.exe infection, tried everything and in need of assistance

Hello, a noob here. I've gone over all the related threads to this one, and found that every instance of the iexplore.exe infection seems to have different things that need to be done with them. For your convenience, I already took it upon myself to do all the READ & RUN ME steps, and I have your logs following these posts.

Thank you in advance, for anything you can do to help me. The popups associated with this virus that's been plaguing me have been appearing since about 4 days ago, and everything I've tried has been to no avail. My computer seems to be running smoothly now, and I havent had any popups since doing all the steps, but I did as any rational noobish noob would do by consulting the forum. Thanks again!

 

All required logs should be present and accounted for ; however I'm curious as to whether anything is still awry in my computer, and how I'm to go about fixing whatever it is, if anything is in fact still wrong.

Feel free to go over "rapport.txt", it was a SmitfraudFix log I decided to throw in just in case it can be of use.
