iexplore

Hey guys. Some time ago I noticed that my computer was running slow and suddenly I was out of hard drive space. I looked in processes with task manager and noticed two or three processes with the name "iexplore". One of them was taking up anywhere between 25,000 k to 60 or 70,000 k. This is when nothing else is running, just a blank desktop. When I would end them, another name would show up for half a second and be replaced with "iexplore" again. Also desktop icons I didn't put there (which included ring tones, dating services, and spyware protection) showed up on my desktop and links showed up in my favorites menu and I couldn't get rid of them.

I did everything in your "do this first" thread and it seemed to have cleaned everything out.

That was two weeks ago. Now after a friend of mine used my computer everything is back. I don't know what sites she went to but,she says she just checked a few websites that I go to myself and never had a problem with. Now I have ran everything in the "do this frist" thread and nothing happens. Every time I run RavAntivirus, it finds a virus but it doesn't clean it.

This thing is slowing down my computer, and though I don't see my disk space dissapearing, I have a feeling that it's only a matter of time.
