igxpdv32 problem windowsxp hang

Hello guys,
recently have some problem on my my system that hang on sometimes when i play "MKV" format with Media Player Classic, i'm not sure it is a problem with this software or in my system.... or Driver/Hardware problem.

i have installed Symbols on my Windows XP SP3 and run the program WinDbg so the results of crash bump are these:

some preliminary info, problem begins when was working with program "mkvmerge GUI" splitting an MKV matroska File 4.37GB into some parts, is the second time that with this phenomenon occurs when i work with the same program.Once the program starts split parts after some time the Windows hang on and everything freezes, dont have any control only to shutdown pc with Power button. This is more or less the moment when the problem occurs. Windows/system works very well besides this problem, I have all things up to date, virus and spyware clear, i control often, I do not know what makes this conflict but "MKV", "Media Player Classics" and "mkvmerge GUI" there is something that is wrong with these programs. Surprisingly I've used since long time these programs and have not had such problems / Windows error reporting said: its a Video Driver Fault, but i'm affraid it is just a conflict between these three programs. I have no idea about other things

any other suggestion really appreciate much, thank you for your attention.
