igxpdx32.dll - tried installing older intel driver, not installed properly?!

Running Windows XP on a Dell Latitude D620. Video driver - 945GM Graphics Controller. Tried uninstalling it, then installing the older version of the driver here: http://forums.majorgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=162292 Hardware wizard didn't pick up on it, instead finding Video Controller (VGA Compatible), and saying that the hardware might not be installed properly. What is the deal?

Okay no edit button so I just want to point out.. I think I was confused. I confused the chipset driver for the video driver... but I still need to know where to locate my chipset driver to uninstall it so my computer will identify the one I'm trying to install in its place, the R114079.
