IIS Ftp?

    Hello all,

I'm running a small FTP server on one of my home PC's, just to share stuff with friends. I've only allowed access through the firewall for certain IP's and I know this is working because my friend can view files but can't upload anything. As far as I can see, everything is set for read/write access (but not scripts, I don't trust him that far :))

Problem is he can't write files to my disk, I have tried him logging in as anonymous and giving him an account on my PC. Both methods let him view files but no write.

I'm sure I've overlooked something very obvious but I can't find it. Also, how do I assign usernames/password with IIS. If I have to, I can install another FTP server software on the PC but I don't really want to.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks....
