I'm getting crazy!

I got this "Ultimate Defender" malware on my pc. It's a red ball icon with saying that windows has detected a spyware and i need to download an anti spyware program or something like that.


I already tried a lot of stuff to delete it, like Shredder (didn't find anything), KillBox/ComboFix (these aren't even able to open), and HijackThis (i deleted some possibly infected files according to hijackthis.de/en, but it didn't get ultimate defender out. the only file i can't seem to delete and that's possibly the real issue is "braviax.exe", but every time i delete it, when i do a new scan, there it is again).



So i'm running out of options here, i've already spent over 6 hours trying to get this goddamn thing out of my PC but didn't succeed. I already did many tutorials but many weren't effective since i can't run a lot of anti viruses/anti spywares because.

Please go to this link Removing Zlob aka SmitFraud, SpySheriff, Infections and follow the instructions. This will produce two logs. Please attach the first log called rapport.txt, before you overwrite during the cleaning with the 2nd log called rapport.txt.

After you finish, please continue with the instructions in the READ & RUN ME FIRST. When you finish, you'll have either 2 or 3 logs from these scans to attach with your next posts.

I already did the "READ & RUN ME FIRST" yesterday, without any success.

What do you mean you did the READ & RUN ME without any success? Do you mean your computer is still infected? Or do you mean that none of the scans worked for you, that you had trouble installing the various tools, you didn't get any logs? Please be specific. The steps in the READ & RUN ME serve the purpose of producing logs which give us an inside look at your computer. By viewing the logs, we can then tell you which files still need to be deleted and give you the tools to delete them.

Did SmitFraud Fix help in any way?

You got it all right. The READ & RUN ME tutorial didn't clean the PC. It is still infected. The majority of tools didn't work; Spybot S&D doesn't run, ComboFix doesn't run, my avast antivirus which would always run normally hasn't opened ever since i got this damn "ultimate defender". Just to name a few of them.

Smit Fraud Fix didn't help. My previous post contains the logs generated by it, but my PC is still infected.



I'm trying to be as clear as i can here, sorry if i miss some things now and then.

 

Nevermind guys, thanks for the help. I just lost my patience and formatted my whole f***ing pc.
