I'm going nuts. I need your expertise!

Ok guys. I'm not very computer savvy, but I know enough to turn to you for advice. This virus WILL NOT let me open anything. It always opens these messages "Messenger Alert! You have a virus, blah blah, go to such and such website to fix it!" but I know this is a scam. I've also heard that removing the alerts DOES NOT FIX THE PROBLEM! IT is making my WHOLE system run slow. My internet, EVERYTHING. I can't open task manager, hijack this, nothing...BUT...I can open hijack this for about 1.1 seconds before it closes, and after about 300 tries (opening it, clicking "Scan" and hitting enter in roughly a second). Anyways...I have the log to post...here it is.
