I'm in need of a serious help.

Hello everyone, I hope we can solve this together and get through it fast. First some information about my comp itself :
2.4 GHZ Intel Pentium 4 - 512 MB RAM - Geforce 2 64 MB -
If you need more information please post it. So as I am kinda an active Warcraft III player there shouldn't be lags at all as it's not a Hudge game. But in some way my computer is having small lag spikes ( 3-4 secs ) every 5 mins which also happens if I aint in a game. Im running the normal software such as MSN,ICQ,iTunes,Nod32,Speedupmypc
What can I do against it ?




Second : After I installed Photoshop CS3 neither my CS2 nor CS3 is working anymore. It's just freezing

 

IT aint the mode, tested it into custom games
What esle can I do ?

I was talking about Warcraft III though, not WOW !

 

Every 5 minutes or so sounds like you have a program running in the background eating memory/CPU cycles.

Can you send us your windows processes list?
