I'm looking for software similar to OpenExpert

Anyone know of a program similar to that? It kinda works for Vista (worked for my PC but didn't work for my laptop, exactly the same edition of Vista). And it definitely doesn't work with Windows 7.

The Open With list in the context menu is often cluttered with programs that I usually don't want to use to open a file. I'd rather not try to edit the Registry if a program is available.

Do you know of any others?
