Ok i have two things going on on my computer that are bugging me really really bad.....first thing.....my screen just randomly moves a little....i don't know how to explain it but it just like.....uhh....moves a little.....like for example shifting it looks like its shifting left and right......but i don't know why this is happening....does anyone know what im talking about?.......second when im playing a game like uhhhh stepmania i use the windowed mode so i can still see whats going on(this also happened with jedi knight 2 jedi academy)i'll be hitting the arrow keys to the beat of the song and then all of a sudden the game won't be responsive anymore.....like uh....you know like if i had clicked out of the screen on the desktop......and it does that....i was playin JK2JA and then all of a sudden my mouse cursor appeared and the game froze.....how do i fix this......

p.s. i was thinking about just going ahead and wiping out my computer like making it like it was from the factory brand new.....how exactly would i go about doing that?

Well, driivers is a first step to look at. This would include, in your case, motherboard, video, sound and monitor drivers.

You can restore, if it came with a restore cd, usually as simply as putting the cd in and rebooting, then follow instructions. That said, since the machine is not brand new, you will want to update drivers after a restore, so you might try that first.

Let us know what hardware you have, or if you do not know how to find out, or what make and model your computer is and one of us will respond.
