...but this is my best guess as to which forum to go to. No, my computer isn't blowing up, this is more a matter of...annoyance. Ok, so my router is KILLING my WoW connection (I bypassed it and ran fine), and it has taken me this long to realize it. I'm really not very happy with it, and I want to know if I should get a new one. If I do, I really don't feel like having to take out all the receivers on all the computers. Two computers have basic Belkin Wireless-G desktop card, and I have Linksys Wireless-g desktop card. I belive the router I have is http://catalog.belkin.com/IWCatProductPage.process?Product_Id=136493. (This one doesn't with with nintendo WiFi I don't think, and I kind of want my router to be able to do that.) Any suggestions are appreciated

Is the computer your using to play WoW on wireless? Because that could be a possiblity, many gamers swear by hardlines because they are more reliable.

I'm swearing that hardlines are more reliable too. However, everyone in the house is on the wireless network and they don't want me messing around with it. I'm getting tired of plugging and unplugging that ethernet chord.

Actually no, its the router. I have had 2 of those, and both had frequent disconnect problems. Basiculy replacing the router and it went away. Or if you wish, you can put your pc in the routers dmz, but then basiculy your pc is open to the world. Ruining the benefits of having a router.

Well, it would seem I made the decision for myself, as I have completely screwed up this router's settings. I suppose I'll have to get a new one anyways now.
