I'm still getting pop-ups

I've gone through Read ME first Sticky, however still getting pop-ups when I use my browser.

I have attached the relevant files.

Any help will be appreciated.

You have not renamed HijackThis as per the intructions. This is actually incredibly important as many of the new infections like to hide whenever they detect hjt is running. Rename HijackThis.exe to Analyse.exe and post a new log.

Also I don't see the active scan log, please post that in your next post with the new HJT log.
