I'm Stuck!

    I picked up some sort of a virus or malware. It won't let me do anything. Closes programs immediately, so I can't do a virus scan or your malware removal steps. I download items and it won't let me open them. I started the computer up in safe mode and did a scan but no virus was found. IE(I use Mozilla) keeps opening asking me to purchase AV Security Suite, but the browser bar shows it is antispyeye? As long as I keep the IE window open I can use Mozilla. Don't know what to do:-( Any ideas??

    If you are saying you can run scans in safe mode then run the below in safe mode or also try a different user account.
