Dear Majorgeeks crew

I feel like crying right now

I have spent almost a week getting my thinkpad tiptop and bristol fashion

i recently downloaded and installed a few programs from your site which has infected this baby beyond being usable, worst of all its intermittent

im going to have to redo the whole thing again,

i thought this place was malware free

obviously not

not a happy camper

I seriously doubt that it was from downloading software from MG's. Perhaps you would like to tell us what you downloaded and then do the Read and RUn First instructions so we can see what malware you may have picked up.

when i eat a tin of beans and fart, i dont know exactly which bean did it

neither am i interested in analyzing that fart for a few hours

reinstalling the OS and everything else will be easier and quicker than posting HJT logs and waiting around for random responses

dont take this personally bro, you didnt do it, it was my stupid fault for trusting MG

i downloaded the programs on another computer and loaded them on my IBM while offline, i know it came from something i downloaded from you guys :cry

Vague statements like this with no supporting data on what you are even referring to cannot be met with anything other than you are totally wrong. You did not even state what your actual problems were. We fix literally thousands of PCs each month and no one is complaining about us infecting their PCs except you. This can be seen just by reading the threads. We are sorry that you have had problems, but they are more likely due to what you are doing or due to misinterpreting something telling you that you have infections in files downloaded from us. False detections happen all the time, but with no supporting data, we can't say anything but you are incorrect.
