Image Capturing Application

hey gang,
I am wondering if anyone can recommend a program where I can do the following:
Take screencaps of videos in intervals of a user defined value.
Allow the user to select a directory which houses videos to automatically take the screencaps without having to play the video.

I am trying to take screenshots of about 800 videos and I would rather not have to do it manually. I am using WINXP Home sp2. Any ideas?

I know this is a tough one! I have been searching too, and the one that I found that supposedly did what I need... well, didn't!!
