Image search tool?

Is there an image search tool that can search for images on the hdd that has specific searches like search for an image that has a certain resolution using a source image ignoring file size,etc...?Search through a folder and it's sub-folders or multiple folder and theirs sub folders to find duplicates in the image and not name or file size and display thumbnails of all the images found in the search plus the ability to delete\modifly the file name,etc....?

That prog is good but I cannot believe that I have so many duplicate images. rolleyes Still doesn't help me with images that are the same resolution but the files size don't match.Got alot of those to sort through.
