   What Windows version and Service Pack are you using?
   When did this start happening, has it always been like this, just happened and if just happened what software have you installed just before it started to happen?
   
   Try the following options HERE and HERE
   
   Also what Antivirus application do you have installed? try disabling it to see if it is blocking images.
