Imaging advise!

    So, I'm on Craigslist and came across this ad:

    They seem to need someone who will do some hard drive imaging. I've never done this but would like to try it for the experience. Any suggestions on what I should do to prepare for this little adventure. :-D
    The ad doesn't have any info about which software they will be using but I would like some tips on what to expect.
