imposible to remove a Firegraphic.dll

I removed firegraphic from my computer,did a regedit and removed all traces.I found a firegraphic forlder in my C program files,it had a firegraphicshext.dll.
Every time I try to delete it I get access denied.I tried to delete it in safe mode same thing.I have rechecked my computer and this is the only reference to firegraphic on my computer.I have run virus,spyware scans,I cannot delete this dll.Now every time that I use a right click on my computer to get a menu I get
cannot open language file C/programs/firegraphic/firegraphic8/language.xml.
Then I have to hit enter 5 times before it will close. Has anybody any idea how to get rid of this firegraphicshext.dll. I could reinstal the program but then I would have a program that I do not need or want.

Use MoveOnBoot or POCKET KILLBOX to delete the file.
