In dire need of help -- spyware is running my computer

I tried to run all of the preliminary steps before posting but I wasn't able to complete them all. When I try to download programs they just disappear after a few seconds of downloading. This spyware is getting to be too much and I am afraid that I will never get rid of it because I have no idea how to do it.

I have HijackThis. I had Spybot but it stopped working as well. It seems a lot of my programs are not working anymore.

Please help me remove this and get my computer back. I tried another website like this but they never responded.

I really need the help and will follow every instruction perfectly, I know it may take awhile but I will do anything to rid myself of this.

P.S. Hopefully antispyware.net rings a bell because sometimes i see that address in the text of pages that I am automatically taken to.

 

I was able to run SDFix but when I rebooted it di not finish running and give me a report. I tried it twice. each time I got to the part where I press any key to reboot and then it takes me back to the log in page, so I logged in on my account because that is where I have SDFix. Nothing happened either time. The computer was still in safe mode both times too.

What do I do?

 

I made it work and here is the report that showed up. It doesn't seem to contain any useful information though.
