INCD file recovery.

I really need help trying to recover a file/files from a RW CD that I use for INCD. I accidentally erased those file from INCD sometime ago by cutting and pasting it onto my computer (which was factory restored) forgetting that INCD acts like a real hard drive -- but I couldn't "undo" the change. I suspect that the files are still on the drive (since I haven't added anything to that INCD since .) I have System Mechanic 5.5. It won't recognize the INCD as a drive, and say to find out some other way how to do so (and I tried making an image of the INCD through Search and Recover, but it doesn't recognize INCD -- and only creates an empty image if INCD is off.) Does anyone know how to make INCD a "drive"? Or does anyone know a better program that will recognize INCD? ...Or do any one of you know for sure that recovering files from INCD is impossible?
