Incredimail?????

    I downloaded a program called Incredimail and I decided I wanted to uninstall it but I'm having trouble erasing the icon in my quicklaunch area. So I downloaded the program again thinking it might install something that would help me erase it. But instead it just duplicated the program and now I have 2 incredimail programs I can't delete. Please help. Thank you. Matthew.

    Goto this location C:\Documents and Settings\XXXXX\Application Data\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch and see if you can delete the icons from their.

    You will have to make hidden folders and files show up, goto Tools > Folder Options > View and tick Show hidden files and folders > apply.

    also XXXXX = user name so that will have to be yours.

    Don't download this programme again . It is harmful.
    People just getting many problems because of this programme specially for arabian people. The maker of the programme is Jewish . The programme will force to remove all arabic fonts from Windows .

    Right click the icon and delete. The start>programs>incredimail has an uninstall listed there... use it.
