Infected but malwarebytes says clean please help

Please can you help me, I managed to get system security on my laptop. I have ran malware bytes and spysweeper,ccleaner and avast.

The system security hs gone however, when I try to navigate to a webpage from google I am redirected to malware sites.

Malwarebytes says I am clean however I know I am not can you help me.

Below is a copy of my combofix log.

 

All fixed now I followed your advice from another thread and ran a script through combofix. Aswell as going through the read me thread.
